It's better in the way it includes actual kits from Veilside, Wings West etc. But after the bodywork, there aren't really much more mod options which isn't very good. There is however a much larger selection of cars, still pissed off they didn't include a civic EK9 yet have a CRX and Prelude, ah well.Anyway, it's good fun, I recommend. It would explain why the EK9's aren't included - as they were never released over in america I don't think. that's the only possible explanation I can think of. gutted they weren't included in Forza either...
