M.A.R.T Posted February 9, 2004 Report Share Posted February 9, 2004 they didnt...are you going by whats in their hands in the video?i assume they are just little boxes that either trigger sounds on an other device...or they are just stand alone synths that have very few sounds. very basic custom devices anyway.stylophones have a very distinct sound and are pretty generic, unless you go onto bigger models...which are a bit more like a tanerrin sans the portamento. M.A.R.T Posted February 10, 2004 Report Share Posted February 10, 2004 there really is only one stylophone...mostly made in the 60s 70s...you can get them on ebay for around 20.although you could spend hundreds one on of the more rare ones with more than one sound and bigger sized notes. but that kinda defeats the purpose. stylophones are very simple devices and have one sound, which can set either flat or with vibrato.fun and simple.
