And peas.It dumbfounded my mother who, despite me living away from home for 7 years, was not capable of comprehending that I could cook.The mushroom risotto sounds really good. If I remember correctly the recipe is something like this:pierce film lidmicrowave on full power for 4 minutes, stir, microwave again for 3 minutes. let it stand for 1 minuteservelovely.
