Alan Cynic
The Zimmermen were out in force, but what a brilliant night. Even when ill, Amy was excellent...I was most taken with her song about Patience. Kathryn was rivetting/scary/sensual to the point of doing me internal damage, and Gary Lucas was amazing.....fantastic slide work on his National Steel and old Gibson. Starting off with an Arthur Russell song won me over right from the start, and it just got better.Big thumbs up to Hen for a night to remember

The same has happened time & time againJason Ringenberg was totally knocked out by his reception recently & the amount of artists we have promoted keep saying Aberdeen audiences are brilliant, kind & warm.As an area, we should take advantage of these natural attributes??? I believe Hen will be seeing Gary tomorrow or Monday when Mr Beverleywill be meeting The Magic Band.
