For anyone who dosen't know it affects the circulation of blood in the hands. Keeping hands warm becomes a problem and is fucking painful when cold. Your fingers stiffen and its hard to play. it became a problem in my last band when i could'nt move my fingers fast enough. Just wondering if anyone else has had similar problems!
