  1. Mercury Music Prize nominee Sam Lee will visit The Lemon Tree as part of his tour next year. Having also just been nominated for three BBC Folk Awards things are really starting to pick up for Sam so should be a great show next year. A folk singer with a backing band using a range of handmade instruments and unconventional arrangements, this will certainly be an interesting one! To book tickets click here, call 01224 641122 or visit the HMT or Music Hall box office.
  2. A wee while away but been selling fairly well so far so wanted to get the word out now. Punk-poet John Coooper Clarke visits The Lemon Tree next May to give us a taste of his biting, satirical, political and funny verse delivered with his customary rapid-fire performance style. Having toured in the past with seminal bands such as The Clash, Sex Pistols, The Buzzcocks, The Fall, Elvis Costello and even had Joy Division open for him we're pleased to be welcoming him to Aberdeen. Tickets can be booked by clicking here, calling 01224 641122 or visiting the Music Hall or HMT box offices.
  3. Fence Records visit The Lemon Tree next March for an evening with James Yorkston, The Pictish Trail and Seamus Fogerty. Having achieved great success with album Everything's Getting Older, which won Scottish album of the year 2012, they are back out on the road.
