Hi, check my PM about the Pod.

I'm having trouble with my solid state amp Laney HCM120r. After playing for 20 min or so, the sound gradually goes down in a few seconds and completely disappears. When turning the amp's volume pot up, U start hearing silent sound reflections and at about 7-8 it suddenly shoots back up with full volume (probably bursting my neighbours' ears as well as mine). The problem resolves for a minute or so but keeps on repeating. I've tried all of my axes on both clead and distortion channels, so to rule out anything else but the amp. Any suggestions? Or a conact of somebody in Aberdeen who fix these things?

It is a used Korean Ibanez Jem. Do not mistake it with a Jem 7V model, which is made in Japan and costs over 1k pounds. I own this instrument for more than 6 years. It was customised by a luthier, featuring Dimarzio Paf Pro in the neck, Fast Track 2 in the middle and Evolution in the bridge position. The Ibanez Lo TRS floyd rose bridge keeps the guitar in tune even with old strings. The instrument has got pretty good wood for a middle-class guitar and the pickups make it very versatile practically in any music style. Although it has some minor cosmetic wear and a changed pickguard, it has been looked after for all the time i had it, plus the fret wear is minimal.
