  1. bump, still have guitar and wireless unit for sale
  2. You have two little dials that you can adjust untill you think you're getting your full sound through. I think you'd only have major problems if you were using really high amounts of gain, but once you're in those levels it's probably not going to be noticable anyway. When I used it, I never noticed any change in sound.
  3. Right, that's the monitors sold. Sooo. Who wants to buy the wireless unit? Still in it's box and everything. and it's not one of those little bug style ones which fall out your guitar. This is the type you put in your back pocket or as I did, clip it to one of the adjustment holes in my guitar strap, so I don't even have to think about it, just pick up the guitar and away we go.
  4. OK, monitors are pending payment and handover. mosco - if for whatever reason the deal doesn't go ahead, I'll get in touch.
  5. Rusty PMed about the monitors but asked for a lower price, so I've said he gets first chance if he's willing to pay the 180. Mosco, you get second chance if he decides not to buy. Thanks for the interest guys.
  6. A few things for sale: Pair of Yamaha MSP5 Monitors I'm selling these as I think I must have used them about 5 times. They're cracking monitors but I just don't get the time to do any serious recording/mixing and so they sit unused. Will take 180 for the pair. Sennheiser Freeport Wireless Guitar Unit Basically bought this, then the band died so I've only used it once or twice when I first bought it. In box and will even throw in a lovely yellow 2ft lead to go from your amp input, to the unit. 70 Schecter C7 Blackjack never did get round to putting this up on ebay so, I'll try here once more before I do. 350 Any takers? P.S. I'll put some images up tonight, guitar pics can be found in an older thread I posted. Sadly, the monitor photos wont be up for a few days, as they're at the parents house due to lack of space in my place.
  7. i"m not a fan of inlays, the black dots are good though as you can't really see them from the front but if you look down at the neck when holding it, you can see them much clearer. I don't mind holding back for you to save the money dud, I'd rather give it in person to someone than ship it across the UK and risk it getting damaged (ultra paranoid about parcel damage, you should have seen me when I got it haha)
  8. Haha, I had all sorts of trouble trying to get mine from the states and customs raped me for it. I didnt know about the difference in woods so my bad, but mine does have grover tuners and since using them I've swapped the tuners on another guitar to grovers too. Far better that ibanez' own tuners!
  9. Oh and just an update: The pair of Yamaha MSP5 monitors are for sale for 180 (both), only leads inc. are the power cables.
  10. ok first of all the ATX isn't the model above it's the model with active pickups, theres only a 20 quid difference in price, and in all honesty I prefer the range of sounds you can get out of the JB & '59 as opposed to the blackouts. 380 is an unbelievably good price and was obviously in a sale as the ATXs retail everywhere at 580ish and never vary in price unless the store selling them has a massive sale, so you can't really use that as a reference point. The lowest I'd go to is 400. It's a reluctant sale and I'd rather keep it that not get what it's worth.
  11. It'll be an Egde III unless he's changed it. Am I right in thinking you bought this without a scratchplate at all? most 370s I've seen dont have a scratchplate. They come stock with a HSH setup all INFs if I remember rightly.
  12. Come on guys. One of you must be tempted surely? I may also be selling a pair of Yamaha MSP5s which have only really been used once or twice since I got them and not even over 1/4 volume. 220 ono.
  13. I am currently looking to sell my Schecter C7 Blackjack. It is in mint condition bar a small amount of buckle & pick rash which I dare say could be polished out. CONSTRUCTION/SCALE: Set-neck w/ Ultra Access / 26.5 BODY: Mahogany NECK/FINGERBOARD: 3-pc Maple FRETS: 24 Jumbo INLAYS: Black Pearl Dots PICKUPS: Seymour Duncan JB / 59 ELECTRONICS: Vol/Tone/5-Way BRIDGE: TonePros TOM w/ Thru-body BINDING: Multi-Ply TUNERS: Grover HARDWARE: Black Chrome COLOUR: Gloss Black (BLK) Made in Korea, tested & set up in U.S.A. The guitar comes with a hardcase although it isn't Schecter branded. These guitars are very hard to get hold of in the UK, well it was hard for me to get mine, I had to wait almost 3 months for it. My reason for selling is I just very rarely pick it up. I still find myself picking up my 6-string more often than not & would much prefer the guitar to go to someone who will give it the attention it deserves. I would be looking for approx 450 for it. Photos can be supplied if needed, In fact I have them on photobucket & will post them as soon as I can get them working (silly link thingys) Feel free to get in touch via here or mobile number (pm for it) Oh, and hi, I'm new by the way haha.
