I got it mate, but..... In my case .... eat less, do less = Stay same weight eat less, do more (I've been doing a lot of decorating) = Still stay same weight ? ... wtf ???? and I've never really been a pussy magnet ! (actually I'm a bit of a couch potato, and I've no excuse, as I do ALL the cooking as well !)

we seem to manage, but it has been very hard ... so a nice 3.1/2 week R&R holiday to Canada in June, and Disney World again for 3 weeks in October next year

she skidded on a bad patch of ice onto the other side of the road, (B999) and couldn't avoid a works van coming the other way..... fire brigade had to cut her out of the car Collapsed lung ... Internal bleeding ... smashed pelvis front and rear ... Badly broken wrist ... Severe chest bruising .... etc etc etc... 3 years down the line, 3 operations later, Pevis Pinned & screwed, loads of hospital visits, drugged up to the eyeballs with strong painkillers .... Her pelvis is STILL NOT right, can't walk fast or far, can't stand for too long, can't work again ... etc etc.... ..... and still on crutches .... I have to push her in a wheelchair if we have any great distance to travel ... Its ALL a pain in the arse, for her especially, for me, and for our kids ..... But .... you just gotta get on wi it !

another one that has a sad meaning for me ........ Easter Monday 2009, Early morning, wife coming home from nightshift, Snow and ice on the road, and the council neglected to salt a portion of the road, during the night, where Aberdeen council & Aberdeenshire council jurisdiction changes (neither took responsibility to do it!) The Day my wifes life changed for ever ...... The remains of our Hyundai Atoz ......

Tell you what was ace-ic at least for me yesterday..... Completly by accident, while searching for the RAF squadron my Dad served in during the war, I found a picture of him & some mates from 1944, when he was 23, never had any pics of him from this time ...... I'm SO chuffed ... (I might make up some sort of memorial picture and mount his medals as a keepsake)

I remember it being 40 odd pence a GALLON another ...... we're having a new kitchen fitted shortly ... from Laings of Inverurie..... the wife's picked a fairly top-of-the-range German thing in grey acacia, with Neff appliances...... don't get me wrong, I love it too.... but was really shocked to realise that the fucking thing is costing way more than I paid for my first house & car combined !!!!! damn inflation..........ohhh I must be getting old
