  1. hey folks,my guitars are past there best and i am a bit busy to sort them just now.

anyways i aint too sure what i want i quite fancy an epiphone les paul but have been told the custom version is the way forward with this option.

apart from that i quite liked a cort guitar i recently played(not sure on the model) but i have never heard of them up until this point so not sure what the scope is with them.

if you have owt for sale, send me a message with price etc and i shall get back to you soon as

    thanks for your time:up:

  2. it is a fail, wont be an advisory

same as if everthing in your car is fine but a number plate bulb doesnt work, thats a fail too, If this happens most garages print off the fail sheet, then replace the faulty bulb then print off the Pass sheet with no need to restest it.

UKMOT.com MOT Manual 3.4 ABS Systems look at the bottom

trust me I've worked with cars for years and done god knows how many MOT's I ken fit im on about

i can appreciate you have worked with cars for years but i work in a mot testing station 7 days a week and its not a fail unless the brakes actually do not work, but wheather you believe me or not is your preference:up:

  3. Moat's been locked in talks for over a month now. The word on the street is that he's going to find out whether or not he's secured some funding from Barclay's this week... so one way or another, this whole episode SHOULD come to a head this week. Moat's Newcastle United through-and-through; he's been an executive box holder for years and he's got a black and white fence around his house. What a boy. Hope he's not a maniac. If Ashley DOES leave this week, you boys are all going to have to stick me on "ignore" for a while...

Duff to Fulham for 4m is good business by us. One less body, but he was on 60k a week and to get 4m for a player who's never been particularly good for us is not bad at all. Thought he could've done a job in this division, but ah well.

I agree the only good thing i can remember Duff doing was helping us salvage a point on the opening day of this season but i think we will do well this season things are looking well already,a good scrap in the championship will do us the world of good!

  4. But the fact they check the ABS warning light function ie it comes on at ignition then goes off when the system is checked as fuctional, means Mr Fatboy's information is not incorrect. It coming on and staying on is not normal function.

Most of the MOT Guidelines can be taken a whole host of different ways, either in the car owners favour or against. If you took the same car to 5 different test centres in Aberdeen without work done to it in between, you could get 5 different MOT results back.

Yes,i agree but no garage will instantly fail the car because the light will not go off.

  5. nah meganes are notorius for the abs rings rotting on the on cv joints, if it has abs it would be worth checking other wise when they go the abs light says on, which is an immediate fail on a MOT,

    This information is incorrect.

The ABS light staying lit will not fail an mot,tho it does however suggest there is a fault somewhere in the braking system.

A vehicle would only fail if the brake efficency is below manufactuers recommendations:up:
