  1. Surely Moon Power isn't rocket science? You'd have to be a lunar-tic to think it wasn't a good idea. Or an ass-tronaut.
  2. Turnitin in a massive pain in the hoop. Have to submit every essay through it as well as hand a hard copy [or 2] in to the school office. It's meant to produce an "Originality Report" that is meant to be attached to the essay, but it never generates it when you're at the computer waiting for it to do so. Sometimes takes days depending on how busy the system is. Most tutors don't seem to care and luckily I've never lost a mark for it. Yet. I always forget to submit it to Turnitin, so I'll be basking in the post-essay hand in glory, having a smoke or a cup of tea and then "TURNITIN!!" will thunder through my mind and I'll have to fanny about on their shitty website. In short: Fuck Turnitin.
  3. Shades of Aberdeen Vs Bayern with that free kick.
  4. Carling cup final live on the BBC website for those not next to a TV: BBC Sport - Football - Live - Sunday football
  5. Are you shiitake-ing the piss? If you are, I oyster do something about it.
  6. There's not mush room for a pun there, just plain ol' jibes.
  7. I saw the first half yesterday and the pace that Aberdeen were playing at was brilliant. Every player seemed to be looking to receive or make a pass, rather than just hoof it up to the final third. Was impressed that McArdle got those stitches, came back on the pitch and used his head twice in quick succession. While he may not always be the best of players, I think his commitment to the team is unquestionable. Maguire seems full of confidence, but needs to pass rather than take on whole defences sometimes. Aluko looked back to his tricky best. Milsom seemed to be everywhere at the same time and Smith likes getting down that flank and dosen't seem afraid of the tackle either. Didn't see the second half, but to be disappointed to draw with a team who hammered us 5-0 the last time we met says alot for the impact Brown and Knox have had. Roll on next season.
  8. I would also like to show my affection for the prawn and the mushroom. They both look pretty ming but they taste wonderful.
  9. If a Rangers fan was to say something positive about Aberdeen Football Club, I'm pretty certain the universe would implode.
  10. Ace-ic: farting on a leather sofa, adds an incredible depth in frequency response.
  11. This is great. Gonna add it to my "albums to fall asleep to" playlist. I don't mean that it's boring by any means, I just like falling asleep to music. Any plans for vinyl release?
  12. For real? My girlfriend suffers from quite bad bouts of hiccups, so I will suggest this to her. I thought the only proven way to cure them was a finger up the bum. Didn't get me any closer to applying the bum love to my girlfriend either
  13. I had one of those lumo green Diadora tops when I was a kid. Had the lumo orange badboy as well. Cock o' the walk so i was/thought.
  14. To get sauce/ketchup out of a glass bottle easily, don't shake it or tap the bottom. Hold it at a 45 degree angle to where you want to dispence it and lightly tap the bottle against your other arm. Works a treat. Another simple one and also tomato related is if you're cooking with tinned tomatoes, add a wee pinch of sugar to even out the acidy taste.
  15. Nope, never seen any of the films. Think it might have been Futurama. Personal black hole generators that linked to another universe that was unfortunately populated.
  16. Infinite pockets/backpacks. They connect to a parallel dimension that I'd have to invent first, so you could store all manner of shite in them without actually having to lug it around. Take your guitar/amp/drumkit to practise without having to transport it in a vehicle. Buy a months worth of shopping without requiring a shopping trolley. Knick heaps of stuff from Farmfoods without being labelled a junkie. Probably has other applications that too. Definitely saw something similar in a movie, canna mind which though.
  17. In that paint advert [Dulux?] dosen't the lime green guy have great luck with the ladies? Option 1, please! Failing that, option 2 could lead to the start of a pretty great crust band.
  18. You struggle cos you're a chocolate covered fattie!
  19. Of course. Bryan McFadden would never be lucky enough to get home with a girl.
  20. I had a fish supper from there last night. Only been a handful of times, but it has been consistently good.
