alright mate, just started a band. Vocalist and Drummer were in my last band that recently decided to call it a day. All the influences above are spot on. We are going for the whole "British Rock" vibe New Deaf havana, Young Guns, Francesqa and so on... Very versatile, with a range of different influences and are all very commited to the cause. Everything is very early days. If you are interested give us a shout.

Hey, we are a female fronted band looking for a drummer. Our influences are Francesqa, Young Guns, Deaf Havana, All forgotten and such like. Keen on making something different to the current music Aberdeen's music scene has to offer.
So far we have two guitarists, a bassist and a lead vocalist age raging from 18 to 20 years old and all with gig experience. We also have written a few tracks to start jamming with already. If you have Guitar Pro we can send some ideas.
What we are looking for is a like minded drummer who is keen on writing music whilst up for having a laugh. No gig experience is required. If you are keen give us a shout on here or get in touch through msn

Hey looking for a Drummer and vocalist (screams) who are committed, to join our band.
recently lost our drummer to musical differences (not on bad terms) and have recently swapped roles in the band to suit the sound we wanted......
We at the moment have 4 members of 2 guitarists, Synth player and a bassist
ages between 16 to 18
we are inspired by bands such as
Underoath
The devil wears prada
A skylit drive
Emarosa
as well having all our own individual influences which vary
Practice times will be worked around when everyone can make it so it is flexible as long as its weekly
everyone in the band has had plenty experience gigging... which is not a problem if you haven't

band looking for singer/ screamer (aged 15 - 18) for a post-hardcore metal band.
we have been playing together for a while and have had a few gigs at kef. The band have had a short break and aspire to get back practicing and possible in the near future begin to gig again.
we all have different influences but
we take inspiration from Blessthefall, a day to remember, silverstein, underoath and WoW (warcraft)
we need someone to start asap and be committed.

Hey we are a 3 piece indie/rock band looking for a Lead vocalist and Keyboardist.
We have been together as a band for quite some time now and have played 4 or 5 shows together.
all of us have played with other bands also and have had a lot of gig experience in aberdeen.
The band as it stands:
Daryl Rob: Bass Guitar (16)
Jonny: Drums (16)
James: Guitar/ vocals (lead until we find another vocalist) (17)
Influenced by bands such as
The Horrors, Hot Hot Heat, Kings of Leon, The pigeon detectives, The Strokes, Death Cab For Cutie, The Klaxons, Ok go and so on...

Alright, we are a band of 4 looking for a 5th member. We have the usual band set up of a vocalist, Guitarist, Bassist and Drummer. All very commited in regards to time and effort. Our age range within the band is 20-21.
Genre is as basic as it is to say "rock"
influences a long the lines of...
Young Guns
Deaf Havana
Francesqa
Lower Than Atlantis
We've written a set list of 6 songs, however, we'd look to write more tracks and edit the originals with any ideas you would have to enhance the traks.
We have recording is booked for the weekend of February 18th and 19th down in Perth and we are arranging a small scottish tour in Summer.
