19yo keyboardist (keyboards, polysynths, monosynths etc), rythem/melody (Not Lead) guitarist looking to join/start progressive rock/metal band. Nothing serious, still very much in the learning stage (guitar 1 1/2 years, keys 3 years). Though possibly not the technically best musician, am willing to learn. Just looking for people to mess around with and learn how band-ing works. Preferablly melody/rythem based (solos are fine but a lot of prog bands take it too far) and on the heavier/darker side. sort of like Deadsoul Tribe, Opeth (when not screaming), Three, Devin Townsend, Threshold, Arena's new stuff (Contagion, Bedlam Fayre), Tool.
