Hi, I'm organising Balmedie Gala on the 5th July. For the Gala it's self I'm looking for local garadge bands to play. I'm also pulling together an acoustic folk night for the evening. We're only providing a tent and microphones so you can play acoustic or bring your own amps. Sounds intreiging Hey, I really like your style. Probably can't offer what you're after though. My biggest strength is as a singer. I play sax too but I'm rather out of practice, can still pick up music by ear though. Let me know how this thing pregresses, I think it sounds exciting! Becka

I play sax too but find it hard to motivate myself to practice but have a reasonable grip on music and how these things work! Any one want to get together sometime?

Backing singers still needed? Hiya, I'm tryng to get into singing with people in Aberdeen. My main experience is singing around campfires and friends with guitars. I've got a bluesy voice and I like harmonies, I can read music and read people I'm playing with. This band you're trying to put together sounds right up my street.
