In the same vein as last years 80's music and fancy dress from last year this is............... Film music night and fancy dress. Come and hear the bands cover the tunes from films. Fancy dress in film theme for a laugh..much cheapness for much merriment

free wi-fi You can sit beside any of the internet terminals provided by Aberdeen Shitty Cooncil and get free internet access..one on the Castlegate..one beside the music hall..and there's one outside Torry Library..but I can't guarantee you won't get mugged!!

Date has been changed to Sat 17th Nov due to dates clashing! In the same vain as last years 80's night at Drummonds. This is to be the first film music night...expect some cheesy tunes, great covers from the bands....and ridiculous costumes...it's gonna be a blast. Open till 3am

Unfortunately I hurt my back pretty badly last year so dancin might not be an option for me!,,,,but i was one of the cheesier blokes that used to frequent the bottom bar all the time and get served in real glasses..they must have trusted us an awful lot. (barmaids were lovely by the way)..bring on some rage against the machine and some violent femmes..and maybe a bit of neds atomic dustbin..and hey y not the wonderstuff........see you there everyone....x

Sapphire's Old Dear To Whomever owns this club...would you please stop putting your grunny outside The Foot Factory to hand out flyers for your club. Thats twice she's got me now. A few pointers for you 1. It's December and it's bloody freezing, your grunny should be at home drinking tea, keeping warm and not suffering forced hypothermia. 2. I would not get into your club as I dress like a tramp (albeit an unsmelly one). 3. The fact you keep posting an ad here for your (strip) club sighs of desperation. 4. Using your grunny as the face of the club does not air well to what the girls in your club look like! Or the boys for that matter 5. Have a Merry Xmas and buy your grunny an electric blanket or at least some battery operated heated slippers so her peddling flyers up and down union street is a warmer experience.

re Club Sapphire Me and my mate tried to get in last night not just thinking it was a new nightclub ala' Drake's..but no we were stopped at the door cos we were wearing trainers! Upon enquiring they told us they had a very strict dress policy and they were looking for class clientelle..they have no chance. It's bloody in Shiprow where the hookers hang about outside and not inside..can only hope that this place fails miserably and is burnt to the ground and is then rebuilt into a two storey Drakes
