I agree. After seeing The National the previous night in Edinburgh, I was raring to go for another night of music, but it wasn't quite the same standard of performance. Still enjoyed it, but I wasn't blown away.

I always thought 1 and 2 were good. 3 was nowhere near as good, but was watchable.
