Well done to The Little Kicks, Dance Lazarus Dance, Theatre Fall and V-2 Schneider.

Hello, Everyone here seems to know about guitars and the like so I'll try to employ your Budda-like wisdom. I'm after a pedal or number of pedals that will make some very wacky noises for a solo in one of our songs. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions? Hit me with them! I was wondering if anyone knew of a pedal that could create sounds similar to the ones Johnny Greenwood of Radiohead achieves for the solo at the end of 'Go to Sleep' on 'Hail To The Thief'? I know he uses a Mac patch for it but I was wondering it any one has ever come a across a pedal that can make similar robotic sounds (and can cut through loud distortion). Being backed by the likes of 'Drowned in Sound', we are the sibling clubnight of the highly successful nights that run in Cabaret Voltaire, Edinburgh and The Barfly, Glasgow. We like to think of ourselves as the black sheep of the family. The club night will run in the format of bands playing from 8pm, with the clubnight running afterwards until 3am. So if you want to rawk, dance, or just check it out, then head on down! Our first clubnight runs on Friday 18th August and features: Flying Matchstick Men Grand Prix '86 Right Hand Left Fiction/Action Entry is 3 and doors open at 8pm. The 1st I Fly Spitfires Night in Aberdeen falls on Friday 18th August at The Tunnels.
