  6. I have a considerable amount of garbage to dispose of, the weekly council pick up runs don't quite fit my needs and I now share my flat with 100s of black bags which stink. How can I get rid of these easily? Anyone know of any companies that can provide a free skip or something similar? Please help, I am starting to smell.

  11. Just really started getting into the pro53...the sound isn't amazing (although I always beef these things up through a valve compressor out of the box) but it's the first synth I've been able to really understand whats going on when I'm tweaking things and it's helped me get the concept of it all...I come from a strictly guitar based background so adopting this technology (no matter how old it is!) is all a bit new. I've no idea where to start with the Jupiter, i've just been going through all the presets and tweaking from there (same with Massive) but I would be really lost if I hadn't learnt some stuff on the pro53. Native Instruments is all good stuff to my ears... (B4, Battery, Elektrik Piano etc. as well as Guitar Rig) The Arturia stuff is great also. That's about all I play with. Another cool one is Rob Papen's Albino, they have a new one out called Predator that looks good aswell.
  12. Just bought this....sounds fucking great! Lots of fun and a built in sequencer for some cool arp action...definitely a good case for going down the virtual route... Some other faves...
  13. You haven't spoke to Mark Thomas then
  14. The DVD's I hate are the type which are on a constant advert loop and you need to press menu to get to the menu, scroll through a million options to play the film. This is all well and good but every time I crack out a dvd my remote controls manage to completely misplace themselves... What I've taken to is "ripping" every DVD I buy into one that just starts straight up...DVD XCOPY is a good tool for this. It will rip them to standard cheap DVD-R's aswell (as opposed to dual layer) and the quality is good enough.
  15. Head to the moorings bar and have a feel day
