i dont know about anyone else, but when i've had a few drinks i seem to play guitar better. I dunno what it is, it just seems to flow. Does anyone else play their instrument better sober/drunk/absolutely monged off their tits?

i literally got shivers down my spine when i saw all those guitars. I went to a gibson store in New York recently and it was probably one of the most memorable experiences of my life. Even if i ever get married and have kids etc etc they might not be able to beat the sight of hundreds of gibsons all shiny and new.

its not a neccessity but it certainly helps. Preid, you need two guitarists mate. where does your hatred of fellow guitarists come from anyway?

im sorrry to build you up like that, i really hope your feelings aren't too hurt. In all seriousness though, you rally should think about a 2nd guitarist for some wailing solos, repetitive power chords are a bit bland.

cool, are the expensive or quite reasonable? I got one guy to do some welding on the car and it cost me £350!! I couldn't afford to eat for weeks!

i play guitar and there's a basist interested too. Old school rock is my prefered music but anything's good as long as its not shouting down a microphone or anything gothicky at all!

its a 1976 mg midget. Its in a bit of a state but im hoping to have it on the road for mid summer. If i drive it as it is then i'll fall through the fall, literally!! Old cars are ace, so much character!

Anyone out there know anyone who can mig weld? I need some work done on a car and im too rubbish to do it myself. It needs an inner and outer sill, a new driver's side floorpan and a side footwell. All the metal is good to weld to and its a dead simple car to work on so should only take a day or two to do. pm me if you're interested.

My brother is doing it but he cant run very well so i don't know how he's going to make it. He should wear roller blades or something.
