Our bass player just left last week, we haven't a name yet but lots of songs, drummer is taking over from me in Transmanta, (i was their drummer ) but he has said he's loyal to my blues rock cause.I'm not a fan of the heavy stuff these days, I'm looking for someone who likes Blues jazz indy grunge soul and that sort of thing??? I am a woman yes and I am the singer guitarist, but I am also looking to recruit a lead guitarist as I feel my strengths are of a ray davis nature ie singer songwriter. a link to my songs is in my profile also im on myspace as this username and youtube as picklesooz

thanx I used to go to drakes before it closed, i have been down to Drummonds a few times. the moorings aint an option i dont gig on Sundays(religous reasons) All your advice was bonzer! I have some guitar grades i went to college for a bit had to give it up cos of health. had a voice coach for two years as a teenager, I play kind of in a suzane vega/tracey chapman style so i have been told. i Don't like to say really i just write what i know. i will make up my own jenre Aberd-emo! what ya think?

Im a female singer song writer, I've been told im pretty good but that remains to be seen! How do i get gigs and how do i get taken sereously as an artist . there is a big thing where people have the habbit of stereotyping women in music, i want to do this for the rest of my life even if it means being skint. i don't want fame i don't want fortune all i want is respect! is that so much of a tall order??(
