I guess there are some signature tones like The Edge's one-trick-pony sound that you do have to work on, but for me, I'm not trying to re-record the original and want to put my own ham-fisted stamp on a song.

Wow! That's utterly bizarre! I had absolutely no idea! I'm gast is so completely flabbered that I'm going to end every sentence with an exclamation mark! No, I just didn't give it much of a chance, because rather than take it to the studio, I tried it out in the house first and was underwhelmed. However, at band volumes ... It's a thing of simplistic beauty tonally and the build quality is superb and I'm now tempted to buy one of them matching 2x12 cabs
