I hate Morrison's on King Street. It's disgusting. The toilets are filthy and you get blinded by the UV lights.. and as for the cafe bit - the staff are absolutely useless and the standard of food is awful. I was in just before Christmas and one of the guys 'cleaning' the cafe spilt a bucket of bleach on the floor and stood looking at it, laughing as it flooded towards the tables. The whole place makes me squirm.. horrendous shop, absolutely horrific.

I thought it was that if person X phones person Y and then X hangs up, the line goes dead.. but if Y hangs up the line will stay live for as long as person X stays on the phone? I could have it the wrong way round.. but if I don't, then your phone remaining off the hook will make no difference to their line because, as the caller, they have the upper hand in the phone power stakes..

Is this show good? I've never actually seen it before but have heard it's worth watching?

Yeah....

I hate noisy eaters. People munching away like they haven't been fed for weeks. Disgusting. I also hate people who eat with their mouth open.. chomp chomp.. AND I hate people who speak while they're eating.. creating the most hideous noise with bits of food lodged in their throat or, worse, roaming wild round their tongue and mouth. It's not exactly difficult to learn good table manners.

Has anyone been to "The Square" for lunch? Any thoughts on their food and the overall dining experience?

However, I find it even more irritating when, having said something subtly funny that only a select few actually 'get', some twat makes the same joke but in a blatantly obvious way.. and then gets all the credit for it just because the rest of the people were too stupid to get it in the first place.

Has anyone been in the Foundry recently? I've heard from a couple of people that their food is really cheap and really good. Call me a pessimist but I've never gone in for food before because, although I'm sure their food is cheap, I'm not sure that there would be much else good to say about it?

I was in Soul for lunch a few weeks ago.. and I can't say I was overly impressed. My friend ordered a duck wrap and there was a massive bone in it. That aside, I thought it was average at best. I'd heard recently that Five was pretty good. Where about on Union Street is The Howff?

Yeh, I've read a few articles about their limited screen movement due to the bracket that's used in the base. I've already got it set up on a surface that is pretty close to perfect for the level for viewing.. just a bit of tweaking with the brightness settings etc. and it should be ok.
