Hi, I'm looking for an experienced and professional drummer for an acoustic gig on Christmas eve, the gig is at the Tunnels. i'm a singer songwriter originally from Stonehaven and I now live in the US, I will be back home for Christmas and i'm due home approx 20th December, that would give us a few days to run through approx 30 minutes worth of songs. Gigs Whats the crack with the Malt Mill then? Is it purely cover bands or is it a mixture of original stuff and covers that they want playing there...................or do they not care as long as you have punters in drinking beer? I had been in contact with Rosemary at the start of last year about a gig but we have now knocked the cover scene on the head for the real stuff baby!

(although you were either pished or laughing your ass off when you typed it)!! Unfortunately I can't take you up on your offer however as I sing (holler desperately) in my band and I am the youngest (28), although I have actually stopped trying to write songs for the youth of today and have started to concentrate on writing why I feel Victor Meldrew and his enstranged wife are obviously the biggest swingers in town!!

Hi there Kolumbo are looking for an accomplished cellist to record on an original song. We have a cello line on the song using pro tools but it still sounds a bit casio keyboardish and I feel it needs the real deal. I have a guy in mind but he lives in Edinburgh and might not manage to come along to do this. So are there any in the Aberdeen area? Shame you are against originals and recording.........you are the perfect age, with style preference to what I need for my band.........we are currently recording an album (we have 5 songs a ball hair from being completed) and need someone to drum on some tracks and then when we unleash them live! Never mind, enjoy whatever comes your way!

Band currenty looking for a session drummer at the moment for some recording. Not much in the way of jamming or gigs at the moment due to work geographical differences, but need drummer for recording what we have already recorded together, must be excellent, committed and have good crack about them! Ideally in their 20s and Rock/indie influenced.

Droooooomer boy!!!! You may well be the man we are looking for at the moment. Possibly just a wee spot of session drumming as we aren't all around enough (at the moment) to do an gigging or practising. We are recording though in studio's and need a drummer who is upto that standard. Are you the man??
