The Pretty Things 'N Mates - Rockin' The Garage. A tribute to American garage rock. Originally recorded in the 80's but never officially released. Now out on the Voiceprint label. Brilliant vibrant music played suberbly well. Voiceprint Music - Release - VP418CD

There's no sign of a web site either, unless I'm missing something.

Disappointed to say the least with the announcement of the first few gigs. I would have thought they would push the boat out and open with a bigger name or two. They don't give the impression they are aiming very high. Here's hoping things get a little better in time. Seems to me they are not making the most of a golden opportunity to let the world know that The Lemon Tree is back! ?(

Brilliant gig! My wife and I were standing at the front, one off the barrier dead centre of stage, ie. just to the left of Nick's mic stand. I think the jacket belonged to a female standing near us, she did get it back. Didn't really like the support act though.

Unfortunately, The Coal Porters are not playing Aberdeen as far as I know.

Recently bought My Bloody Underground - The Brian Jonestown Massacre, and Turn The Water On Boy - The Coal Porters. Hope to see both bands playing live later this year.

I quite like Dream Harder, except for Corn Circles! Whatever you think of their albums though, it's "LIVE" that they come into their own!!!

Don't forget the early Pretty Things and Yardbirds!

I forgot to mention Bob Geldof, Jesse Malin and The Muffin Men.

Over the years a few of the highlights for me have been.... Arthur Lee and Love Roy Harper Lambchop Steve Earle Jim Suhler & Monkey Beat Gong Nils Lofgren Sid Griffin Sherman Robertson Blue Oyster Cult .........there's probably lots more i've missed out.

Just bringing this to the top again by saying I'll be there. 8-) Though not got a ticket yet!

About the Lampie jukebox, I don't think you need to put any money in it, and you can select as many songs as you like! At least that's how it's been for me the last two or three times I tried it.....but that was a while ago. I don't often go in the bar.

Well after seeing him last time he was here I for one wont be missing this.
