  1. These are final ever gigs so please come down and make them ones to remember. While you're there you can pick up some merch: - we still have t-shirts in sizes YL - L (and a couple of YS that'll fit the ladies) - the new double CD (limited to 50 copies, of which less than half remain) - and we also have the final copies of our 7" EP with limited final tour sleeves - only 25!

  3. When you say 'original' do you mean 1st pressing?
  4. Yeah, that's a good one. It looks like this:
  5. 70s Rock > 80s Rock I'd love to see Estrella, they sound hilarious.
  6. There's a track up from our new CD on our myspace page: http://www.myspace.com/todaywefight It's sounds kinda wierd (I guess because of compression), but you get the idea. Available from tomorrow at the East Neuk!

  8. Hmmmmm, this: or this: Fuck you guys, I'm outta here
  9. That's wierd. It was working earlier. Edit: seems to be working now.

  11. This will be Today We Fight!'s PENULTIMATE visit to Aberdeen. Two more chances to see us before we're gone forever.
  12. This place is just a pub, not a venue so the people who are there are local drinkers and not music fans. The Retreat's clientele are somewhat sensitive to loud music and when TWF! played there recently with Allergo we were threatened with violence if we continued our set. The folk are all mouth but but it makes for a very uncomfortable atmosphere. We're lucky in that our frontman is 6'5" and heavily tattooed so, even though he's a big girl, no one was gonna try anything. I could see a similar situation cropping up and getting out of hand though. If you want to play in Perth, stick to somewhere that specifically caters for bands like Angry Mics (formerly Barcode) as people need to pay in to gain access to the venue.
  13. I would recommend that any band of a heavier nature avoid this venue...
  14. He's in X-Men 2. Right at the end. I enjoyed it but I know fuck-all about X-Men so that might be why.
  15. This happened to my Gibson Voodoo Les Paul recently - lent it up against something just before we were about to play a set and it fell over. Big crack right where the head meets the neck. I took it to the dude who works in Guitar Guitar in Edinburgh and now it's as good as new, fucking amazing job. Hope there's someone in Aberdeen of equal competence.
  16. Well excited about this. Have preordered the 7" and can't wait for the album...
  17. The music seems well-played and well rehearsed but the vocalist lets the band down for me. Both lyrically ("I don't know anything about you/You don't know anything about me") and musically as he appears to be singing in a different key to the rest of the band in some sections. Also, I hate the general emo-ness of this style of music. Keep at it though, more gigs and more songwriting will steer you in the right direction. Best of luck.
