Apparently I had the piss taken out of me and was called "bonkers" by Sean Lock on Friday nights edition of the satirical news quiz. However I missed it so I don't suppose anyone out there has it taped DVDd etc? I'd like to point out that the quote was from a magazine, to which I'd submitted a very tongue in cheek item in the first place.

Was that the night when they shared the bill with the awsome Pop Group? If so I was there too.

And the local brewery sells real ale from the back of a transit van. Truck is great.

Mogwai's agent just laughed at them the last time they tried to get them to play Truck. However this year might just be different what with BBC6 going to be there and all.

I just have an inkling they may play the Truck Festival this year. I know the organisers have wanted them to play for some time. Fingers crossed!

This is THE compilation for anyone who thinks that all country music is shite. You'll find a bit of country in everything you listen to after this one. It aint worth a dang if it aint got some twang!

The Handsome Family are playing Cab Voltaire in Edinburgh on 15th May and I've got my tickets. Devil in the Detail by The Broken Family Band is also outstanding.

In my numble opinion this is the best ever compilation in the history of the world and I recommend it to the house.

Shite! I can't partake in this as my wife sometimes has a look at these pages. However I can confirm that all three were great and all occured between 1986 and 1989 at Rock am Ring and Tourhout.
