I think I'll stick to heckling for my entertainment from now on, it's far more fun - bring on the X CERTS on Friday - I love them - and they give a good heckle in return - MON the X CERTS, one of the few REALLY GOOD live bands I've seen in the last few years.
Drummonds Friday 25 August with Edgar Prais - WHO ARE EVEN BETTER than the X Certs - plus several other bands including the half man half goat RAAR.
Expect to see junkies sitting at the chip shop across the road tapping the drunks for all their hard earned dosh so they can sit there being a tapping useless waste of space for another wasted year - as you may realise I am getting pretty tired of tapping cunts in the streets - they could at least learn to busk -I don't mind giving buskers dosh - BUT JUNKIES? NO FUCKING WAY - I just wish I could afford to give them enough money so they could afford to take a fatal overdose - hmmm a bit harsh? nah - get on a programme or die scumbags. I had never seen this clip or even followed the story, sh!t i dont even post that often, and despite the fact its over a year old, i believe the verdict was right and the end of show summary was stupid.
i recon that program will have been more damging to the band than any comment on aberdeen music. I do not even know the band but i now think of them as little moaning children (early 20's indeed!) and if i was a venue i would not book them in case they tried to take me to tv court for something ridiculous ... well ok i might book them if they got rid of there manager...

Minor correction needed here; all alcoholic drinks contain carbohydrates, vodka and other clear spirits contain less carbs than a spirit like whiskey as more impurities are removed during its making resulting in less sugars (carbohydrates) in the finished product.
Health tip: don't eat anything too fatty after you've been drinking as your body is busy trying to metabolise the alcohol and will put everything else on hold, meaning food is quickly stored as fat to get it out of the way for processing later.
A good way to start your night is a couple of Powerhouses (gin, brandy & bourbon; the Holy Trinity), drink as shot.

in the average pint of beer we are talking 2 units of alceehol..... and about 200 Kcals
in a shot (e.g. vodka) there is 1 unit of alceehol and approx 50 Kcals.......
in beer ther is lots of carbs........ in spirits, i.e. vodka there is none so really I'd say if you dont want to get fat, get yersel on a high protien/low carb atkins diet and drink lots and lots of spirits and get pished......
by the way, mines a pint of budweiser or two followed by a few bottles of corona(with a lime) then a pitcher of red bull and vodka, then vodka and orange and orange reef... then a sizzlers....

. Which you'd be hard pushed to make sound shit.Excile drum tracks were ok but not a patch on other recordings that have been done recently....
