    Sennheiser e906

Sennheiser e906 mic. Great for guitar cabs. Hardly been used. Comes with its clip and pouch. In fact, I've got the box in the cupboard as well. £105 delivered
  2. Really? I know it(newest album) was mixed by Chris Lord Alge, but I'm finding nothing about Slate working with them. Any links?
  3. Bought a "70's Vox AC30" for £560. Turns out it was a 1964 AC30. Flipped it for twice that price
  4. Really need to up a new pic of my gear. My guitar gear is dwindling, but my recording gear is expanding.
  5. Drumagog is drum trigger software. It's a plug in that you put on a channel, choose a sample (or a .gog) and it'll replace the original hit. So if you had a really crappy sounding snare, you can replace it with a nicer sounding one. Slate Digital Trigger does that too. I've tried both and I find Trigger to be a better plug-in. Check it out. I'm also in a place where I can't record drums. I usually just take my gear out to a rehearsal studio to record the drums and do everything else back here. It's a bit of a pain sometimes, but, it works out well.
  6. This just popped up on my Facebook.. lol'd

    Sennheiser e906

Not getting much use. A couple of scratches where the mic sits in the clip, otherwise in great condition. Comes with clip, pouch and original box. £105 to your door
  8. Still for sale, knocking £30 off the Digi 002R but staying firm on the Motu just now, seen a few of them go for £280 on eBay, so it's a fair deal. Feel free to PM about it.
  9. Yeah, the RME stuff is rather good. If I had the cash, I'd get the 8 input RME Preamp, but funds won't stretch that far. I'm just upgrading as I go. If I sell the Digi 002, I don't mind holding onto the Motu for a while longer. See how it goes. Good to hear man. Looks like a nice place you've got. Wouldn't mind a proper look round next time I'm in Glasgow
  10. Yep, that's the plan. RME FF800 with a Focusrite Octopre Mk II. How's the studio going?
  11. Motu 8 Pre. Comes with it's original box/manual/firewire cable. The Digidesign 002R comes with the Pro Tools manual. Pro Tools will be provided with this item but you will not be able to upgrade the license to Pro Tools 9. £250 a piece +postage.
  12. Not sure how many people are aware of this, but Westboro Baptist Church are going to be visiting Aberdeen in the not too distant future. One of my mates decided that it would be fun to setup a counter picket. Details here: http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=222658667788430
  13. This guy is quickly becoming my favourite ever person on Aberdeen-Music since about 2002/3. Well done.
  14. Uh oh... more facts being thrown about! Do you find that being a dildo brings in the customers? Or is it a technique you've never really tried and you're hoping that it works? I'm actually beginning to think you don't actually own a studio, you're just on here trolling. So far, so good
  15. QFT! I'd hate to go somewhere and not feel at ease with the person recording my music. It may just be Kingbass' online persona that's talking on this forum, but if it's the medium that you're advertising your service on, you should still try and be a welcoming person. I'm not picking up that vibe at all.
  16. Whoa there, we're not slating you, we're merely stating facts about your studio
  17. How big's the hall you're gonna be using? What mics have you got? Any pictures of the actual studio?
