  1. i too will vouch for the adept mastering skills of Mr Mike Duguid pm through this site his user name is Mike iD or something like that
  2. Snafu is where its at for Dance music in the deen imo....Ive had the dubious luxury of clubbing in a lot of big cities (New York, Berlin, Amsterdam, Barca etc) and Snafu compares well with the best.
  3. utter shite shes excellent and a breath of fresh air Ive got her as my ringtone (recorded from the cd not downloaded - Im not that stupid)
  4. Streets were ace as usual. Glad they didnt play too much from the new album though although the few new tracks they did play were good. Reveiw in the EE was written by a moron obviously. Aftershow (Cassius DJ set) at Snafu was epic.

    Morrissey

Yeah the man was well pissed off with the crowd. The atmosphere started off fantastic but by 6 songs in you could tell he was wondering why he was playing to a high percentage of heckling neds. By the minimal encore, any good atmosphere was gone and it seemed Morrissey just wanted to get onto the A90 as fast as possible. The gig kinda reflected the new album, kinda patchy. Not at his best imo. Def not enough of his best stuff. A few flashes of supreme quality made it worth going though.
  6. Bite you or shit on your face?
  7. One has to assume that the GN selection process is even more dubious* than that of T Break....some quite baffling selections and non selections imo. *well fucking dodgy like
  8. Thats fucking terrible man! Let the kids have a dream!!! etc
  9. I forgot to send a CD didnt I? I knew there was something I had to do.......
  10. good 70s style film and decent soundtrack, also funnier than Wolf Creek but preffered Hostel...the german torturer scene with the chainsaw accident was brilliant and hilarious!
  11. Tryptic* weekend coming up too wahey! *never spelt it right yet
  12. have you ever been accused of taking things too seriously or not getting a joke?
  13. *back on topic* I did Point 1 I think 3.50 is expensive for a local band cd that has only incurred the cost of recording' date=' mastering and production of cds and labels. Its only what I think, plenty of other think its a good deal so cool, they sell loads and make some cash. [b']Point 2 And as a basic philosophy I think music should be free. I dont think Ive changed my point has changed at all. Hobby music is where the music is not your day job yes? its the same as playing sunday league football. You dream of being a professional footballer one day but in reality you still rely on your job at B&Q to pay the rent. The football is your hobby. I thought this definition was completely obvious (although hard to accept for some it seems). I mean the 'hypothetic you'' of course. Im not accusing anyone here of working at B&Q!
