There was a band who I think were from the UK. I think they had a guy and a girl vocalist. I'm sure the girl had dreadlocks. They had a kind of activist look about them. They also had a bit of an electronica sound about them. I remember they were on a few Kerrang cd's probably around the early to mid 90's. I think they had a one word name (I would mix them up with the band "Filter").
