'Warped Tour 2003 compilation' is REALLY good! erm I'm also really liking the 'DriveThru Invasion Tour Compilation'. well...they are the ones i've been listening to recently. There are loads others. like the atticus volumes.

yeh like in serialism. tone row and all that. inversions and retrograde can sound pretty cool though. I find 'musique concrete' pretty scary! very different to everything else though.

people should be more open to music, appreciated all different kinds.

there are some things such as "organised sound" where the composers in the 20th century discard pitch rhythem and harmony etc. I personally feel this isn't music, but still it is classed as music. that is definitly just a disturbance of silence! also things like "musique concrete" where natural sounds are recorded them modified ie. cutting re-assembling playing backward adding speed changes etc. I dont really 'like' this but i can appreciate it.

I have some of the stuff in my listening to section...but seeing as though no-one really cares and reads it, i dont bother typing out EVERYTHING i'm listening to, it would take too long! but for today....ROCK ON ALLISTER!!!

Theres never a *nice* way to do it....whatever you do, is still has the same outcome. But i'm really bad at breaking up with people, and always seem to mess everything up.
