  4. False - I was away camping TPBM likes Steve Vai
  5. If he left, he wouldna go to Madrid cos they dinna want him, and he wouldn't ging tae Chelsea cos Liverpool wouldna accept the money from anither prem club. So its mair a pragmatic decision fae him
  6. I currentlly have a Marshall DSL 100watt head which is working perfectly and has been re-valved has reverb switch and channel switch which im looking to get rid of it for a reasonable sum as it isn't the exact sound i want, close but not quite earlier marshalls. or would consider a straight swap for a JCM800 or a 1979 Master Volume if its the models with the vertical inputs if any one's interested, preferably in the swap give us a shout
  7. That looks nice...if I had the money I'd take it to have as an experimental guitar
  8. oh mike! the man with the crazy hat! and the green strat! he's too good aswell ! ( Dick ! ) thats an awsome bit of the DVD also love the feedback bit at the end of for the love of god (nice touch) and the run in the solo for that song (bastard!) thought was speaking about live in Denver with malmsteen he likes thains steak and gravy pies!
  9. Awsome DVD ! am selling it for 30 got the most i can out of it its really good stuff watch him shred a nice chromatic thing at 200+ bpm! and an awsome legato Eminor run its got a tab booklet with it as well you definatly need it.
  10. i got told if you buy a malmsteen signature strat you get a lifetime supply of pies ? thats maybe why he's so fast ? mmm.. wonder if its steak or chicken ones ?
  11. the fat man and vai some combination harmonised sweeping with whammy bar action! shh...
  12. Try G3 Live in Denver watch the fat man sweep! its not funny he's too good! repetitive but wow!
  13. thats a cool lick! sweeping is amazing take a look at www.guitartricks.com people send in licks in differant styles and techniques there is shitloads of good stuff there lots of sweeping tap sweeping and stuff its awsome got an awsome alternative tapping sequence from it cant stop playing it !
  14. how funny are forums tho!
  15. Its not bad at all, you dont have to get a pro Its bit scary the first time opening up the amp but its simple. Power and Pre amp valves just pull out on the DSL100 should be the same on the 50. there are metal clamps holding them in tight but you just pull them apart a little, i got someone to hold it whilst pulling it out its was easier Then you just push the new one back in, there are pins on the bottom that can only slot in one way, it should be the same as mine, oh also got told not to touch the glass of the valve so use a cloth or tissue to push it back in. was a bit of a bastard as just after replaced my Poweramp Valves the Pre-amp valves blew a week later bastard ! was 80 for all 8 valves!
