  1. Yes i've been to it three times now. The Slint one, Mars Volta One and the Shins/Sleater kinney/Dinosaur Jr one. Had a great time all times. Maybe you picked a bad one to go to. Sure some of its pretentious. But I guess anything that aims to be "alternative" or arty in some way is going to be to some degree. Anyway back to the show. I've been hearing great things about the Stig Noise tour so far. They had some car troubles and got stranded in London but assure me that they're gonna make it here in plenty time for the show. Phew!!. Its gonna be sweet.
  2. Aye Soophie Nun were shite though. I'm not keen on all GvY's music but I really like the song triple schipol and some of the other stuff I've heard. Also they are a hard working band who tour frequently(on there myspace says tours in november/december/january/february/march including euro and scandinavian). You may not like there music but 'shit band' is harsh. Anyway this is getting far away from the point of this post. This band aren't even playing. Come to the gig. It will be great times!!!! Sexy times!!!!
  3. Haha your such a miserable cunt sometimes. Whats wrong with a bit of fun alongside music?. Dancin, dressin like a tit, visuals, whatever... bands have been doing it for years!!. Also i'm confused as to what ATP has to do with anything. You put on lightning bolt in Aberdeen who i'm pretty sure have played ATP just about the most of all. I mean 3 times in one weekend for a start. Are you a pretentious chin stroker too?
  4. I really liked Gay Against You's recorded stuff but had heard that there live show was shit. I asked someone in Glasgow who'd seen them a couple of times and this was the reply: "Man, who on earth told you GvY do a shit live show? hahaha. I've seen them twice now and honestly its been unbelievably awesome both times. The second time I saw them was when they played with Eats Tapes at Sleazys and honestly its one of the best shows i've ever seen - they started playing in the toilets!"
  5. Yaaaaarrrrrrrp line up is done!!! The fantasmagorically dancetastical Yoko, Oh no! are joining the bill. He is also one half of Gay Against You. Expect blips and beats and dancin and good times. MySpace.com - Yoko, Oh No! - UK - Other / Experimental / Pop - www.myspace.com/yokoohno

  8. Cheers to those who came along. Its a pity there wasn't more to enjoy it and to help towards keeping us out of the hole of debt we've got ourselves into. Haha. Ah well. Great night though. All the bands were so awesome. everythingwesayisfact for a first gig was absolutelly awesome and still so young. I see a bright future for those boys. But yes, Action Beat blew me away. Ace ace ace. When they joined in with Destructo Swarmbots I started having flashbacks of the wolf eyes show and I liked it.
