  1. it really looks balls' date=' i mean it makes dominion tank police look awsome[/quote']

It sound's like you haven't seen it by this reply....

I loved it as a film but wouldn't recommend it specially to the anime fans. It's a well told story but it doesn't involve any pressure points that make ones head explode.

  2. That's bullshit. I'm totally anti-drugs but for people to react by bad-mouthing kids in general is shocking.

I'm sure none of the people who think the girl was "fucking stupid" have made any mistakes in your life. I'm sure you're all perfect and have never succumb to peer pressure or been forced to do anything you didn't want to do.

It is an awful tragedy and I don't think any of you have the right to judge this one girl when you don't know her background.

  3. We are most definately splitting up as everyones circumstances and commitment's have changed. Our drummer' date=' Ray, is going to Edinburgh for uni, our guitarist, Doug, is going to glasgow, and our singer Lewis will be on placement alot this year and spending alot of time back in Glasgow, so the band will be a non-existant entity. But don't worry, look out for some new rawk from former tgf members in the future[/quote']

That's a shame, but i'll look forward to future projects from you guys!

How can you deny one of the last good bands, ever....seriously

theres bin nothing good since them, except ummm Chimaira...yeah!

I was a fan until i saw them live. Yeah they sounded perfect but brandon is such an ego i can only stand the science album now.

Can i just say i HIM and don't like Maiden but i never claimed to be in my right mind....... :p

Thats what happens when you listen to me! Yeah, king adora put on good show. Not amazing but entertaining. The cuts were also good... not really my kind of music but really good, none the less.

  6. Im really interested in where people get their inspiration. Im so fed up of writing the same old bollocks about women and the usual crap.

I think Claudio Sanchezs concept is fucking awesome and it has inspired me to write my lyrics from a completely different angle.

(Coheed and Cambria is not only the name of their band but it is also the name of the two main characters in a science-fiction/fantasy world that Claudio created Btw, does anyone when the graphic novels are coming out?)

So what do you write songs about?

Can anyone give me some examples of other interesting concepts?

Yes indeed. Its slightly different but my point is that even if you don't play an instument, as you have said, it doesn't mean you can't grasp the concept of music! The lyricist could still get involved, even if its just to suggest that something doesn't seem right to them.

  8. Ive got eleven. Sorry if they are pretty obvious but these are the bands I enjoy in Aberdeen (shockingly in no order):

    Black Atom

    The x-certs

    The Gloria Flaw

    Turning 13

    Alyssa's Wish

    Hot Mangu

    Orwell

    My Minds Weapon

    We Become Less

Funktastic Four (if theyre still on the go)

    Loaded
