  1. I completely agree with this. Seeing the characters, culture and as you said technology(even the quality of the images that were shot) age was brilliant and very unique. Ethan Hawke was great in it and his character's development was pretty true to a lot of people his age. The only downside is that it was slightly long but it needed to be for the film to work.
  2. He is only aged 30?! Surprising stuff but fair play to him. Gives another player a chance I guess. Still looks 16.
  3. Never mind, they signed Josh. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/28324891
  4. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/28300991 Well Sepp Blatter gave it 9.25 out of 10. I wonder how he came up with the .25?
  5. Beat me to it. It's completely bizarre. What the hell?! "You KNOW you want it!"
  6. Yeh just did a search and turns out it is unfortunately. Please don't ban me.
  7. He'll be back up for Rooney if we do sign him. Can't see McInnes changing his formation just so he can play Goodwillie. Has anyone mentioned Lee Miller signing for Killie? Will be interesting to see if he can replace the void Boyd will leave. Can see this season be the season Kilmarnock get relegated.
  8. I never watched it, but quite a few people seem to be raging with LVG making the keeper sub. Also people were saying that Tim Krul was very disrespectful to Costa Rica but I don't understand how or why they think that. I'm really not sure who I want to win this out of the four. I guess I'm going to go for Germany, but I have money on Argentina. It's a shame there are no more underdogs now though.
  9. Scott Wright? Yeh he had a lot of guts in his movement. It's really hard to tell until we play against proper opposition. Jack was amazing. He really has had a storming pre-season from the looks of things.
  10. Has anyone worked out how many matches Suarez will miss out on(9 plus how many matches Liverpool will have during the ban)?
  11. Firstly at half time, Alan Shearer says that England should've qualified for the group at least, despite being against a decent Italy side and a really good Uruguay side. Then after the Ivory Coast/Greece game, Danny Murphy is talking about how frustrating it is because England could've face Greece in the next round. Sorry, what?! I didn't care too much if England did well or not, but they had a difficult group. They need to stop hitting the panic button everytime they don't do as well as they'd hope.
  12. I read somewhere that they would have to stump up quite a bit of cash to afford his wages. McInnes has conceded defeated so I'm assuming he knows they can afford him. Don't understand that considering they amount of bad debt they seem to be back in but who knows?
  13. Really rooting for Cameroon to beat Brazil. Does that make me a bad person. Brazil have just been fairly uninspiring.
  14. I'm gutted the flights are so pricey already. Not to worry, when Aberdeen smash through all the rounds I'll get to an away game in the groups. In lower-league news, Hearts have signed Neil Alexander as a player-coach. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/27977321
  15. Speaking of Croatia, if Yugoslavia was still a country, this is pretty much how good they would be.
  16. What was Song even thinking? A player goes paased him so he does an elbow smash on his back!? Unbelievable
  17. I'm ludicrously optimistic. Cameroon will pull off the unexpected and beat Brazil. Their performances are in decline and they will be at their worse against Cameroon. An Olic hat-trick will see off Mexico after beating Cameroon and win the group. Easily done.
