Default Recent web site outages
Apologies to any of you that may have had difficulty accessing the web site yesterday evening or this morning. What should have been a straightforward upgrade of PHP ran into some problems and it has taken me until this morning to sort them out.

However, the good news is that PHP has now been upgraded to v4.3.10 successfully. If you don't know what any of this means then don't worry.
