Default Fancy living in Quik HQ??
...I have a LARGE room for rent.

£170 a month...thats all. Top floor flat on king st opposite Safeway so its pretty central. Only other expense is £20 (on average) a month on electricity.

Double bed and pretty cool view out of large window as well. TO be honest it would be preferrably a male i'd be wanting in the room.

Flat is usually clean and tidy and a pretty mellow vibe is usually the case...

I'm still looking to our studio apartment in NY, that I buy just after we sign to Ferret..
