With hard drive, 2 wireless controllers, Headset, HD composite connections, Lan Cable and following games:

GH3 (With Guitar)
GTA IV
COD 4
COD 3
Bully
Sega Rally
PES 2008

8 Months Old, with box and Receipt

Can also throw in a a Rocker Gaming chair which has built in Sub Woofer.

Looking for around £230, or £200 without Chair.

Sure,

Can sell GH3 with Guitar for say £35 (£65 in shops)
The Chair was £100 last year, so i think £30 is fair. All in all £65?

Just for info, I've glued the guitar neck/connector into position for a better connection, since it had a habit of coming loose. Works Perfect, but just means you cant dismantle it, if that bothers you.
