Default Need a female flat mate
Hi Folks,

Just recently bought a 2 bedroomed flat in the city centre and wondering if any female is looking to share. The flat is fully furnished, the bedroom consists of single bed (with linin), bedside cabinet, two free standing wardrobes and a large build in cupboard. Also has a storage cellar.

I work full time and usually enjoy going out at the weekends with my mates. I am a tidy person and am pretty much looking for the same. Also have been informed by the neighbours that music can be played whenever and to not worry about the volume.

Rent: £280 per month and bills
Dep: £280
