Thumb Up Still Tickets Available For One Off Screening At Belmont Cinema

Guys there are still tickets available for the one off screening of IN A MAN'S WORLD on Tuesday Feb 22nd at the Belmont. Contact Scottishfilm@aol.com for more info.

ONE OFF SCREENING OF NEW YORK AWARD WINNING ABERDEEN FEATURE FILM 'IN A MAN'S WORLD' ON TUESDAY 22ND OF FEBRUARY

Due to public demand it has been decided to hold a one off screening of the award winning feature film IN A MAN'S WORLD on Tuesday February 22nd at the Belmont Cinema in Aberdeen Scotland. There are a limited amount of tickets now available for those who would like to see the film before it screens at Cannes in May. If a British distributor does not buy the rights to the film at Cannes then this may be the last time it will ever be screened in this country.

The doors will open at 6:30pm for the film to commence at 7pm. Following the screening the director Lee Hutcheon and some of the main cast members will be holding a Q&A with the audience on IN A MAN'S WORLD and his forthcoming project RAMENSKY.

Tickets are £10 per person. Part of which will be donated to the Cancer Research Fund. (The charity has been changed from the Tsunami fund).

To book your E-Ticket please email Scottishfilm@aol.com before Friday 18th February.

Superb. Trainspotting/Sweet Sixteen eat your heart out. It's tremendous what they managed to produce with absolutely no budget and a bunch of 9-year olds from Woodside. I got my signed DVD. Hopefully the film'll pick up a UK distributor in Cannes later on this year.

Its a pity this was shown on the same night as IF2 at the Ltree. IF2 was very interesting for those that missed it. The short films touched on a range of issues including alienation, racism, culture, the Scottish psyche, escapism, nationalism and mental illness. Nice and thought provoking...
