Only if the other account was also him, but when I last spoke to him he assures me that it genuinely was a colleague, though he admits that he egged the guy on to log on and leave a message.

Yeah, bring back Milner I say, he was harshly treated. I don't believe he had multiple accounts, entirely reasonable that someone he worked with had the same ISP.

Although there was an "unregistered" thing posting for a short while saying to bring back Milner, i liked Milner but i did get the impression that might have been him. I don't know him personally though so whether he would do something like that is beyond me.
