its a wicked venue pending who is doign the sound. dougie did the sound when we played there last month and it was tremendous, however, reports suggest it can be a mare too soundwise. its likes the tunnels but smaller and with a better rig. facilities are good, although parking is a nightmare.

Heard some good stuff about it and the metal/rock nights are meant to be good. Some of the bands I know have said it was a blast and the sound was good but I have also heard like Stuart says that you need a good soundman to get the best of it, sloppy work will give bad results there.

when you say smaller than the tunnels, do you mean the whole place? or just one of the rooms??

(i was told it holds 600 aprox)

It holds 650 for club nights and 300 for gigs. I was on their Myspace page earlier.

I should have a poster for this gig soon!!!

I have wondered about that capacity as a couple of friends in bands have sworn there has been way more than 300 in for some gigs but these things can be hard to judge depending on venue so that is a pinch of salt. Though normally club night max and gig max are pretty close so a 350 difference is a bit strange.
