Take away the pointy collars, too-long shorts (and the little coloured bits on the bottom of them) and the squiggles on the socks and it'd be ok, I suppose!

They aren't actually collars; the stitching is designed to make it look like a collar.

Even more of a mistake, then! It has a hint of '78 about it which causes the unpleasant shaking to begin.

A nice plain 'V' or round neck (like the 60s ones) would be more classy.
