Both men have won me a fair bit of money in all their previous rounds; playing out of their skins along the way.

Really can't pick between the two who I think will win. Webster is probably the better player, but more erratic. If he is on top form, he'll sneak it perhaps.

I'm rooting for Whitlock: the way he gets around the board without stopping to think about it is really impressive.

Think Webster will probably win if he plays to his best though.

I watched it for the first time ever few nights back and didn't realise how ace it was!
It was the quarters and watched a scottish guy get knocked out by one of the favourites and Whitlock against some vampire with a shit temper.

Lack of pints though

Final was really good. I don't really watch BDO until the later stages. The run of 180's in the last couple of sets was amazing.

Thornton was the Scottish guy; he'll have a good year. Adams was the other guy; past his best but can still pull in a World Title before retirement. *2 years ago I got Adams autograph whilst drunk in Elgin; strange but true...*

Good final, but like most neutrals, I wanted it to go to the final set

How freaky did Andy Fordham look by the way? Made me feel a little ill for some reason.

That was a superb final, just pissed off Whitlock couldn't win the title.
Saw him playing a few nights ago and loved his style of throwing, he's in his own world when he steps up to the oche, no awkward throwing and very calm. Brilliant use of the T19s too.
