I don't know, after the first couple of rounds, it looked like Mayweather was never going to be seriously troubled by Hatton. There was just a huge difference in class - Hatton wasn't quick enough or strong enough to beat up Mayweather, and I think Hatton realised this very early on.

The percentages tell the tale - Hatton just didn't hit him.
