So Michael Hart would rather play against Barnsley, Scunthorpe and Colchester than Bayern Munich? Good to see a bit of ambition in our players

Seriously though, I can see his point... if I was (allegedly) getting paid less than Jamie Winter was I'd want to leave too.

Plymouth are contenders for promotion though. So there is a possibility they could end up in the Premiership

And probably end up sitting on the bench, as, in my opinion, none of them are anywhere near Premiership quality.

and straight back to the championship within a season an all - if plymouth go up they'll be next season's derby county.

A season is still a season though.
They would get a ton of money they have never had before and just one season in the premiership is enough to expose small players to bigger clubs.
That's assuming that Plymouth get promoted and Hart and co actually play good.

but look at the likes of swindon and bradford who once played in the promised land now plying their trade in the lower realms of the english league.

Difference is that those two clubs only had themselves to blame: Bradford by spending too much money, and Swindon by being horribly mis-managed after being relegated.....

Comedy genius from Willie Miller this morning on an interview with BBC Scotland on the radio.

It was something like "I'm sorry, but we just can't compete with clubs in England on wages. That's just the reality of the situation and I don't apologise for it."
