watched the first half of the man poo game, the highlight was the police battering some man poo fans!!! then switched on five live and they covered the game. 0-0 not enough for celtic i think given their poor away form in the competition but still in with a shout,

GREAT great dive by Gilardino!
Don't exaggerate. Milan showed they were clearly a superior team, but barely made any chances and did anything but show up the inexperienced Celtic defence.

I don't think I'm exaggerating. If Milan had been arsed to push forward and win the game they'd have done it. Especially if they'd had a striker whose touch didn't remind me of Darren Mackie's.

No away goal, so Celtic have a great chance, you only need one flukey goal to real turn the heat up.

Mental stuff in the Man U game though.

Milan did want a goal and badly, but you're right about Gilardinho.

I work alongside an ex-Celtic player (Gary Nicol) and he and I were of the opinion that last night's game sucked all round.

Am I the only one who thinks that Gatusso bore a striking resemblance to Morrissey's old drummer Deano Butterworth?

Still... the return leg should be interesting.

Personally I think he looks more like the smaller of the Chuckle Brothers.

Terrible match last night.

Celtic didn't really create anything.

And Milan looked pretty ordinary too, although they seemed to have the game by the scruff of the neck midway through the second half.

Can't see Celtic beating them in the San Siro.

Still, the Madrid/Bayern game was good.
