Brooklyn's Holy Ghost! are duo Nicholas Millhiser and Alex Frankel. Originally party of the live rap group Automato (whose debut was produced by James Murphy of LCD Soundsystem fame and Tim Goldsworthy), they have now stepped out on their own and with their unique approach to analogue sounds, are becoming leaders in the current disco revival that's taking over dance floors across the globe.

Currently signed to the legendary New York label DFA Records, Holy Ghost! share a home with the likes of LCD Soundsystem, Hot Chip, Hercules and Love Affair, Gucci Soundsystem and The Juan MacLean, among other very notable names.

Previous Holy Ghost! work includes the masterpiece single "Hold On", which forms a hybrid of traditional 70s American disco and more synth-heavy italo shapes : a typical top quality DFA outing. Most recently they've done brilliant remixes for Moby, Goblin City and Cut Copy.

Before the band head out on live tour duty later on in 2009, Holy Ghost! are taking a trip around Europe, playing an extended DJ tour that is set to feature a mix of old and new, drawing links between pure disco tracks and the latest electronic releases.
