Need a Music Studio to teach from?

I rent out rooms by the hour. fully equiped for teaching music.

the question has been asked will I be providing the pupils? This was my reply:

The room rental offer is purely for teachers who are going to bring their own pupils with them to the school. The room charge is £10 per hour.

On the other hand I do bring pupils in with my own advertising and have teachers here who take them on but I deal with advertising, payments, etc so the cut is slightly different.

I'm looking to let rooms on a "no hassle" basis really where by I am not asked to deal with the pupil/customer and all that sort of thing is left to the person who is renting the room.

so in short, the person renting the room would be my customer as oposed to the pupils. Your pupils would have your telephone number etc and you would be in charge of your own timetable.
