Looking to fill a large fully furnished room. Has a double bed, free standing wardrobe 2 small drawers and a large set of drawers. The house is in Garthdee and is on a main bus route for the one and the two, its on the route for the rgu campus bus, and is 5 mins away from all the unis on the garthdee campus, its a 10 min walk from asda and all the other shops. Has a driveway for the house. There's two bathrooms, one with a shower one just a toilet, large kitchen/dining room, and large living room. The house is shared between 5 rooms, so four other people live in the house as well as me, I am looking to move back home so its my room that is becoming available. The rent is £260 a month and bills are calculated between everyone each month.
